Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
AT this time we are not currently accepting orders outside of the US. In the near future we are looking to expand to all regions.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 3-5 Business Days to process your order. If you have not received tracking information by the 5th Business Day, please reach out to valentinabeautyshop@gmail.com
For wholesale orders please allow 6-12 Business Days to process your order. If you have not received tracking information by the 12th Business Day, please reach out to valentinabeautyshop@gmail.com

Valentina Beauty is not liable for anything that happens to your package once delivery is confirmed. If there is any problem with a missing package please file a claim with UPS and they will investigate.
