To prepare your tea, measure one teaspoon of tea for every 8 ounces of water. Heat the water until it is hot but not boiling, then steep the tea for no more than 10 minutes to avoid bitterness. If you're combining teas, make sure to add 8 ounces of water for each teaspoon of tea used. After steeping, allow the tea to cool to room temperature before drinking.
